No tool can. YouTube does not publish whether ads are enabled on a channel. The checker compares public statistics with the Partner Program thresholds and labels the channel likely, possibly or not likely monetized.
The 1,000-subscriber requirement and, because watch hours are private, lifetime views as a stand-in for 4,000 public watch hours. It also flags the 500-subscriber tier that unlocks fan funding.
Daily views are the channel's lifetime average (total views divided by its age in days). Earnings apply CPMs of $2, $6 and $10 per 1,000 views for the low, mid and high rows.
